In the new Behaviours page Latitude clusters your sessions by meaning and organises them into a hierarchy of topics and subtopics

For each behaviour you get:

• A trend (new, spiking, rising, steady, cooling, or fading)
• Session counts and outcome metrics: escalation rate, resolution rate, churn risk, wins
• Filters to focus on what changed: All, New this week, Spiking
• Highlighting important signals for product quality like resolution and indicators of user churn.

Open any behaviour to see representative sessions, how the topic evolved over time, and the underlying traces. From there you can annotate them and let recurring failures flow into Signals.
